The HD theater broadcast of “The Goat Rodeo Live Sessions” was excellent.  Exceptional musicians, interesting selections, excellent event.

“Albert Nobbs” is very good.  Glenn Close gave an exceptional performance.  Unique, interesting storyline, time flew.  Recommended

“The Grey” is good.  A bit too long, but interesting story, fine performances, top notch CGI, great scenery, and time passed quickly.

“Joyful Noise” is very good.  Dolly Parton, and Queen Latifah are both excellent with good chemistry.  Entertaining, fine G rated story.

“Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close” is excellent – emotional, intense, bit weird.  Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock, Thomas Horn all excellent.

“Haywire” is OK.  All star cast gave fine performances,  movie just did not click for me.  Lots of action scenes, but seemed too contrived.

“Underworld: 3D” is good for the genre.  Plenty of action, top notch CGI, time fies, and interesting story.  Recommended if into this genre.

“Carnage” is an interesting premise, but I found myself bored for most of the movie.  Plenty of stars, fine performances, just not for me.
